8/22 update it went back to 5 stars Took some time but problem was resolved. Salesman Muhammad resolved the problem. It is all good when ends good. I would work with him again.

Excellent Customer Service We received the utmost of professional assistance from our Sales Representative Nick Bisioulis. Nick is truly the reason we were able to trade-in and purchase a new vehicle. Nick worked diligently to locate the vehicle we were most interested in and he really delivered! We were most impressed with his knowledge of the product and his ability to understand our needs. We were also very pleased with the excellent experience with your Finance Manager Wes Polo.

Smooth and Seamless The whole buying experience was very smooth and seamless. Edgar kept in constant touch from the time we reached out over the phone till we went into the dealership in person and Muhammad was great! He made sure we got fair prices and was very friendly too. Great customer service! Darwin was extremely helpful walking me through the process of returning my leased vehicle and exploring options for purchasing a new vehicle. Darwin was patient as he listened to my requirements for my next vehicle. We went over all of my purchase and financing options. Wonderful experience My husband and I we're looking for a car in a certain budget that we can afford. Jorge took the time to show us several vehicles until he found the right one. Extremely helpful not pushy like other dealers were it was just a dream. I would consider Golf Mill Ford again in the future for a new car. Thank you Jorge!!!

My brother and I each purchased new vehicles on 8/15/19. Our salesman was Nick and he couldn't have been more helpful! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and took his time with with me. My brother also purchased a new vehicle the same day and he was impressed with Nick as well. Awesome Dealership ! Very friendly employees work here, I felt that this dealership was not like any other dealership, when I walked in and talked with the workers everyone was welcoming.
