An honest, no-nonsense business. I've gone to one dealership before looking at used cars on my own and the experience was awful. The sales representatives didn't even pretend to care about my needs; I felt uncomfortable the entire time and I did not even want to tell them I had never done this before by myself for fear it would get worse. Loyal customer for 10 years I was actually pushed & pulled in to Golf Mill Ford with my old dead Cadillac on my very 1st purchased back 10 years ago. My salesman Darwin was able to get me a favor bank structure approval with affordable payment & took home a brand new 2007 Focus that I traded for new 2009 Focus that I traded for new 2012 Fusion that recently upgraded to my new 2017 Focus Titanium. 4 total vehicles & more for sure since my daughter will be ready to drive soon. Had what I wanted at my price & APR as well when I wanted it My favorite Service man recommended a sales man who was Jorge Collazo who very helpfully & quickly got me everything in the car that I could most afford. In a matter of 1 & 1/2 hours I was driving away with the 2017 Focus SE. Jorge was careful to explain all the details (both of the car & the contract)) and even went past the 9 p.m. closing time of Golf Mill Ford to accommodate me & my family there with me. Collazo is the BEST!!!--a real "keeper."

It was amazing! Darwin helped me alot ! He made sure I walked out with a new vehicle and he got the job done ! Plus he was patient and understanding and took his time on finding me my new vehicle . Best dealership in Chicagoland Area No hassle or pushy salesman. Very friendly place. They go out of there way to make sure you get the best deal possible without any pressure on you to buy the car.
