It was our lucky day when we stopped in at GMF. Our intention was only a test drive. We live almost 40 miles south and just happened to be nearby! Finally got my new 2023 Escape Hybrid from Darwin, upgraded my 2017 Focus that I also bought fro. Darwin at Golf MI Ford. Dealership was helpful and engaged and worked with me on a deal. What could be done better is more efficient paperwork and understanding of the purchase process. And better preparedness when I came. I would say when I was coming and they said paperwork would be ready. I’d be there on time and was not prepared. And we had to go through the same exercise of lease payoff every time I was there and was incredibly difficult to get a hold of ford credit, even for the dealer.
