The golf courses were excellent but the lodging was not quite as good as we expected. Plan on using you again next December
Ontario. Do not book golf trek. Cliff does not care what he books. We found him quite unprofessional. Maybe his Dad owns it or he would make an effort.
I'm sure golftrek is a good company to book packages, but needs to scrutinize sales team. Called to book and spend money in Myrtle. Was met by a very unprofessional sales person called CLIFFORD. If he doesn't like his job he should find another. Will tell all ontario golfers to book elsewhere.
I paid $711.40 for a private room for a golf trip with Port City Golfing Club, Wilmington. However, due to an emergency that was job related, I had to cancel out but was able to give a 30 day notice. I was not reimbursed even though the room was rented out to someone else. My payment was made on August 6, 2022 and I am still waiting for the reimbursement.
Trip 2/19/23 -2/21/23 Our package included free breakfasts and I asked for and was assured that our group of 12 golfers would have condos near each other. Trip booked early November but four of our group were in a condo over 2 miles away and the free breakfast place was closed for renovations. A financial concession was made but the stress caused lessened the enjoyment of the trip and the 4 golfers 2 miles away felt isolated and less able to socialize.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They changed our pricing 3 times within a 5 hour period. They are soo unprofessional. Beware!
Very poor customer service. Rude represent who kept changing the pricing on me. Don't trust this company...especially Jeff diehl.
WORST customer service I have EVER had to endure! Many of you already know my story...the poor Canadian who was forced to cancel his golf trip to Myrtle because the border closed due to the pandemic. Every other company I had booked with reimbursed me (the airline, the car rental and even my deposit at Legends Golf Resort was credited back to us...but Golf Trek DID NOT. Zero stars. This farce of a company refused to give my group of 15 yrs a full refund due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Rescheduling was not an option for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The greed speaks for itself.
