The Golf and housing was all set up and taken care of. A March snow storm kept us from flying from CT. Golf TREK was contacted and understood the situation. The Housing agreed to refund and the golf courses agreed to refund due to conditions beyond anyone's control. Golf Trek arranged the refunds, which Ii received in May. I hope for a golf trip next year and will use Golf Trek.
The trip itself was awesome. The planning and setup was bumpy. My contact with golf trek was somehow different this year. He would have to be reminded about details allot. Our room at the hotel was supposed to be with 2 queen beds ,when we (2) big there we had a suite. Only one true bed and a pull out bed in the sofa. I told him we didn't want that. So they were very understanding and switched it. I don't know if I paid for a suite and got downgraded to a regular Room. Should I get money back? Or a credit for next time?
Good time...got very lucky with weather that week, so that was the key factor of course....Bob was very helpful and answered all the questions I had...I would very much recommend.
Gary was ecellant as always. Booked mostly good courses. However Indigo was a mess and not fun to play.
We had a wonderful time again this year, the Tuscan Villa on 76N was great and the courses chosen for this years trip were equal great. Thanks for the trip.
Golf Trek takes the difficulty out of planning a golf trip. Simply state where you're proximity preference is, and that's it. Have a budget in mind, no worries, it can be handled. If you do not give them a shot at holing a golf trip for you and your group, you're in for a bogey instead of a par. This is my 6th year using them, it's really that easy.
Courses were nice. Would have liked to know the cost of the condo. Condo had issues....leaks. Circuit breakers. Parking.... Rich is a pleasure to work with. Will be back in touch with you next thanksgiving
