Golf side lake apartments is a clean and quiet area with lakes, trees and flowers, birds and squirrels, as well as comfortable walking paths. Golfside Lake Apartments is a beautiful community with great amenities, including two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a playground, and a nicely equipped fitness center that is available 24 hours a day. It has good walking paths, and a beautiful lake teeming with ducks and wildlife. The grounds are always well-kept. My apartment was updated prior to my moving in with newer appliances in the kitchen and updated fixtures in the bathroom as well as new carpet and fresh paint. We have numerous maintenance issues going on and Eric is the guy helping us out. He is such a nice and respectful person. He’s very kind and has been very sweet with us. All 5 of these stars go to Eric specifically and I wish I could give him an infinite amount of stars! Thank you Eric!!
A few things to know about other reviews for Golfside Lake Apartments: 1: after receiving so many complaints, they removed the ability for tenants to publicly post/discuss crime, maintenance issues, questions, etc within the portal/app used to pay rent. 2: after investigating a few profiles associated with the 5-star ratings, I noticed SOME of the reviewers are based in Florida where the property owners are based. 3: some folks are lucky to have anything above a 2-star experience. Had to have maintenance come out to fix a couple things for us. The maintenance tech Eric R. was amazing, fast, polite, and went above and beyond. I only had mentioned two things on the repair report, but once he noticed our bathroom sink was also clogged a bit, he took it upon himself to fix that for us as well. You’re the man Eric! Thank you for doing such a great job! Keep being awesome! Golfside, yall better treat this one well!!!
