Golfside Lake Apartments is a beautiful community with great amenities, including two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a playground, and a nicely equipped fitness center that is available 24 hours a day. It has good walking paths, and a beautiful lake teeming with ducks and wildlife. The grounds are always well-kept. My apartment was updated prior to my moving in with newer appliances in the kitchen and updated fixtures in the bathroom as well as new carpet and fresh paint. Kyela is one of the most professional representatives I have met in life. She was dutifully and ethically helpful. Her beautiful smile and attentiveness make the whole leasing process so easy and when there was a little challenge with my application she went all the way to resolve and ensured that I was attended to timely and respectfully. The apartment is neat and awesome. Anytime you go to Golfside lake for apartment just ask for Kyela. She will take good care of you and make the whole process smooth.
Mordechai was extremely helpful and kind. I am getting ready to move my son from California to Michigan and he helped ease my mind with all of his patience and guidance with getting my son set up in an apartment. He also took the time to send me a video so we could see everything “in person” before signing our lease. He is amazing.
Mordecai and Hector at Golfside Lake were amazing in providing me the help and guidance I needed. Mordecai took the time and energy to custom locate the desired unit of my choice, and worked diligently in securing it for me and took care of me every step of the way. And Hector solved all problems in the most timely and prompt manner that you can only hope for. Five stars for the Golfside Lake leasing office.
