I have been living at Golfside Lake Apartments for about a year. While no place is 100% perfect, my experience has been much better than some of the negative comments I had read before moving in. Of course, experiences can vary from apartment to apartment and even unit to unit, but overall, Hector and his team is doing a great job compared to other communities I have lived in nearby. Golf side lake apartments is a clean and quiet area with lakes, trees and flowers, birds and squirrels, as well as comfortable walking paths. In summer there is an opportunity to relax in the swimming pool. The apartment has a convenient layout, painted, clean and all equipment in good condition. Hilariously outdated kitchens with vinyl stickers masquerading as wood cabinetry peeling off, the leasing agent was quick to *restick* the sticker before I could take a photo.. property manager Hector must be so proud of the slimy units that he’s in charge of maintaining. Unwilling to make concessions or repairs before signing a lease, can’t imagine what it would be like when living here.
Golfside Lake Apartments is a beautiful community with great amenities, including two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a playground, and a nicely equipped fitness center that is available 24 hours a day. It has good walking paths, and a beautiful lake teeming with ducks and wildlife. The grounds are always well-kept. My apartment was updated prior to my moving in with newer appliances in the kitchen and updated fixtures in the bathroom as well as new carpet and fresh paint.
