My husband started talking with him first and he was impressed with how quick Zak would get back to him. There usually is a delay in the response time or they just want you to come in. RecommendedGood service overall, I never liked the haggle over price part and as I was walking out over the price I was stopped and they agreed to were I needed to be. So I got what I needed at the price I wanted, lots of stock and way cheaper then other dealers, I'll be back again for another new car.
