RecommendedHas an issue with the tire pressure sensor light coming on while on the road in traffic. Found Golling as the closest dealer with a service department. Pulled in, they immediately assisted determining it was a parts issue, explained the part was not going to be available for some time but we were safe to continue on the road. The prompt & friendly service was greatly appreciated.
RecommendedOur salesperson, Tyler Derikx was professional, courteous and efficient. Everything went well and we’re happy with the sale transaction. I have two suggestions that may further improve your sale process. 1). Meeting or introducing another person besides our salesperson is not necessary unless the customer ask for it. 2). Our salesperson, Tyler Derikx’s name should be on the final sales contract for full credit. Seeing another person’s name does not make sense, it adds more questions. Thank you.
