We want to applaud Gonyea Custom homes for the outstanding service throughout the permit, design and construction process. The lot we chose was small and very challenging with several variances needed from the city to construct even a small house. In addition, there were several neighbors who were against construction of any type on the lot. We highly recommend building with Gonyea. We had a very creative, professional and fun experience with the design department. The Project Manager was efficient and helpful with any changes we wanted to make. The quality of our home is beautiful and any issues we have encountered have been taken care of in a day or two at most.
Gonyea Homes & Remodeling offer great design and building services to their clients. We have been happy to supply Gonyea with reclaimed mantels, flooring, and timbers. They are able to use our wood as conversational pieces due to the history and character of each product. We contracted to build with Gonyea Homes in the early winter of 2013. Initially, I was concerned with working with a firm that built so many houses.
