This place was alot of fun' awesome 70s style vibes The line to get in is absolutely horrendous but once you get inside it's a total vibe. Security was really pleasant and watched out for the girls and the bartenders were super friendly as well. Drinks were moderate I think it was 8 dollars for a high noon that seems normal. Not sure about cocktail costs but the music is really great and the dance floor is its own vibe with a light up floor and a DJ booth. Visited here for the first time last night and a core memory has been made. As soon as I was told this was a 70's themed nightclub, I was like SIGN ME UP. The interior is fabulous. Seriously. Major shoutout to whoever designed the place....it's all amazing, from the traditional light-up dance floor to the giant disco ball to the glorious blown up photo of nude Burt Reynolds. It all fits. Finally a place to go dancing. Located in downtown St. Petersburg, this place is reminiscent of the 1970's and 80's discos with music from that time plus current songs. My friend and I arrived around 10pm and the place was busy on a Thursday. The DJ sets the tone along with the huge Farrah Fawcett poster behind him, lighted dance floor and the disco ball. We had a lot of fun dancing.

My group & I checked out this place for the first time the other night & we stayed here for 4 hours straight. The DJ played the albums from "Guardians of the Galaxy", Mamma Mia, the killers, the YMCA song (lol) & a couple other oldies. Personally, the music was the best & it was back to back GREAT songs. There's an upstairs platform with its own bar where they limit the number of people that can go up there so it's not crowded. Highly highly recommend this place.

FUN SPOT. Wow we went on a Monday night and it was JAM PACKED, wall to wall people. Love the light up floor! 70's attention to detail is legit. Music was awesome!

So happy I finally got to check out Goodnight John Boy! I have been looking forward to this place opening for over a year after I saw a post on social media. Let me tell you...it was well worth the wait and absolutely lived up to my expectations!
