We’ve been coming twice a week for a few months with no end in sight for my kiddos ataxia. I’m beyond grateful for everyone here. Including the wonderful hard working front desk staff. I don’t know if we would get through these tough times without these wonderful women (and gentleman 😂)
The occupational therapists at Good Shepherd in East Greenville are exceptional. It is amazing how they can make therapy fun. I have been going there since September for my hand, and I am always greeted with a friendly smile and concern for my pain level. Gail and Julie have helped me a lot.
They get 2 stars because the staff was nice but didn't do their jobs. I called weeks ago to ask if they took my insurance, and they confirmed they did. Waited 2 weeks for an appt, fine. I showed up, though, to being told they DON'T take my insurance and went through minimal effort to make me aware before hand. They said they called. I have no evidence of that. I left disappointed and honestly crushed because I was really looking forward to doing PT and getting back on my feet. Not impressed.
The physical therapists are awesome! They are very skilled and take special care with each of their patients. They helped me enormously after a knee replacement procedure that corrected a lifelong condition. Under their care, I have made enormous strides, and I highly recommend them.
Great therapists. They are all very friendly and they work hard to help patients and get them back to normal. Great job. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful too
