The people at Good Sheperd Kutztown have been wonderful. Always pleasant and cheerful and accommodating. This review has nothing to do with the people who work there. The facility, although relatively new, has some MAJOR flaws for handicapped people. First of all there is only ONE handicapped space out front. ONE. The only other handicapped spaces are across the busy entrance road in the parking lot! If you are unloading someone with a wheelchair, walker, or other device, this is ridiculous and dangerous.
