We stayed at a home in ** on ***** Ave for 30 days. It was such a negative experience in terms of the condition of the house. A few days after we got there the shower valve in the main bedroom stopped working & the soap dispensers in the shower did not work. The bathroom sink in the back room did not drain properly & the tiny shower in the main bedroom leaves a lot to be desired. This company is completely full of garbage. As a homeowner we hired them to property manage for us. They have a great sales pitch, and a response to EVERYTHING lined up and ready to go as soon as you have a complaint or problem. They take 0 ownership for mistakes they make. 0. Their theory is to deny deny deny and post BS responses to legitimate concerns and problems. It is a complete circle of nonsense. They took 0 care of our home. This company is such a scam. They locked us out of the airbnb both nights and we had to sleep at a sketchy random neighbors we just met that was in town from ******* we just met. Sketchy part of town. 4 young girls in their early 20s being locked out in downtown ********* in a bad area till 5am. It was my friends birthday weekend and it ruined it for her. We made a 4 night reservation for ********* for about $2,700 total after finding the property on Airbnb. When I asked for a discount on Airbnb they said to book it through GoodNight Stay for lower fees. It was about $100 less. But a couple weeks ahead of the stay, we had to cancel due to Covid. No refund was offered! On Airbnb we would have received a full refund due to Covid. House was horribly infested with hundreds or dead or dying beetles everywhere! Just awful. Overflowing traps, embedded in the carpets, piled up around furniture. I messaged Good Night Stays who basically said deal with it . Honestly it so awful it was hard to photograph . But I did . And thankfully Airbnb stepped in immediately ???????????? What a shame was a gorgeous house . Poor owners

My experience with this company was almost precisely the same as the review from "*** G" below. Photos were misleading, and property was a filthy dump. The company refused to do anything to fix the numerous issues or clean the property and also refused to refund any of our (extremely overpriced) amount paid. We did not even complete our rental, the state of the property was so poor. ******** services basically said "too bad" and even lied in their responses. Wish we'd viewed this site first.
We booked a home with GNS in **********. We should have sensed from the beginning what a scheister operation they are. Wish we would have checked their reviews prior to doing business with them. The property fell so far short of their listing information, with abundant problems throughout our short stay. We hired GNS as a property manager to manage one property, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a vendor in my personal and professional career. The Founder overpromises ad sets forth service expectations and technology features that GNS does not have. The biggest finding was that they claim that it is up to 12% to list your home on vendor sites, so they charge an average of 6%. This was my familys first trip to Arizona and very excited as we saved up and booked this back in Oct. 2021 After driving 26 hours from ********, we arrived in ******* and received the wrong address to the Airbnb from the email they sent us. After going around for 30 minutes looking for the incorrect address, we contacted our host, and they just acted like it was no big deal!
