Everyone had a great time, including 6 year granddaughter and 8 year old grandson. Perfect end to a week of movies, playgrounds (inside and out) and a train ride.

The cruise itself is always beautiful. Catering was much better this time around and food was tasty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout with all our guests and made our company event a success!! My only negative is the smoking on upper deck.

We were on an afternoon cruise, which was very well narrated although it often didn't match up to what we were looking at. It does take you by some very cool Cleveland spots that have a unique perspective from the water; all of the bridges! There wasn't much for snacks, it it wasn't a lunch cruise so I guess that is to be expected. The bathrooms needed much attending and for a cruise that was sparse with people, there are no excuses here.
