Gordon was so patient with all of our needs and paperwork, he walked us through this process and answered all of our questions. Though it wasn't easy to accomplish this during covid, he was able to thoroughly execute our refinance. The rate we got was fantastic and we have ended up in a much better situation financially. Gordon helped us with our first re-fi right at the time when rates were very low and just about to go up. The process was somewhat complicated and demanding due to various banking rules and my freelance income, but Gordon took the time to explain everything thoughtfully and coherently and he did a superb job navigating all the requirements.
