Gordon helped us through a particularly long, complicated and onerous refinance. He was always very responsive and communicative and explained the nuances of refinance requirements with patience and empathy. This is HARD to find and I have searched many lenders as well as some of the biggest banks for co-op financing. I would definitely give Jay an A++++. I don't like refinancing... but Jay made it easy!!! Also, when I asked him if I should lock right away he was honest enough with me to tell me to hold off, which I did, and it saved me 3/8ths off of my rate. I would definitely give Jay an A++++. I have already referred him to my step-brother....
