The attorney I had ******* ******* is very inexperienced in my opinion and made my case get delayed so much by not filing paper work on time and filing incorrect paperwork when she did finally get it filed which has once again created another delay in me getting my settlement. I have been without a vehicle for 7 months.
Horrible experience. My first attorney quit. No one bothered to let me know. Then I got another who was just rude through the whole experience. Apparently he doesn’t like answering my questions. He quoted me a settle offer give it take $2000 then afterward it went down $5000. I do not recommend this attorney. They are liars and crooks and I really hope It catches up to them eventually.
My daughter was injured in a not at fault motor vehicle accident in September 2022 and suffered a concussion, whiplash, bilateral hip pain and a painful herniated lumbar disc. The Lake Charles La location was not client friendly, very little communication what so ever throughout the 10 month process . I had to pursue the attorney, the paralegal and was advised each time they were still waiting on billing etc, I did a lot of the research myself and was able to provide the information needed within a day or so. I left messages, emails and received no response at times.
