The Lake Charles La location was not client friendly, very little communication what so ever throughout the 10 month process . I had to pursue the attorney, the paralegal and was advised each time they were still waiting on billing etc, I did a lot of the research myself and was able to provide the information needed within a day or so. I left messages, emails and received no response at times.
