I have been trying to get my bathroom completed since June. The subway tile was installed very uneven, and the grout is messy. The niche in the shower is a mess, and I still do not have my shower doors installed. I have been in contact trying to get it fixed with Greg and Kat, and been getting the run around. The last two weeks I have been ignored. Extremely negative experience, and very unprofessional. Should not take 5 months for an average size bathroom.
The workers did a great job. They worked fast and cleaned up every day .They were courteous.We all love the shower.
Gotham Builders literally saved the day with respect to completing and legalizing a $4,000 square foot home on the water in Merrick that was to be rehabbed after it was gutted.. While another contractor had started the job, the delays and poor quality of his work resulted in his termination, leaving the home without a Certificate of Occupancy and unsuitable for habitation. Gotham Builders truly came through with refinishing my kitchen! From the painting of the cabinets by Marcus, the help of Kat the coordinator at Gotham, to the installer of the countertop and backsplash! Everything was done/completed in a timely fashion and with professionalism. I am now a Gotham customer for all my household needs! I highly recommend!

Exceptional, the work was obviously done by seasoned craftsman. Everything looks good because things were properly done. Luis’s contact with us was constant, informative and totally professional. Charlie is the best! I had my bathroom renovated with Gotham Builders and Charlie was the contractor who renovated my bathroom. I had an issue with the bathroom recently and I called up Gotham. They quickly sent out Charlie to come by and look at the issue and have it fixed. They stand by the work they do. He is always so professional and just the best guy ever. I would recommend Gotham and Charlie to do any contracting work you need. Great experience overall. Thank you again Charlie!
No one speaks of the in between process of renovation. I really appreciate the Gotham Builders team. Which consist of Luis(Project Managers, Jasmine ( the coordinator) and my worker Angel. They collectively work together to assure me it will all be worth it and to hang in there. It was a pleasure working with this team and I look forward to my future project.
