The manager was amazing. She constantly checked on us and handled issues and concerns. She even promised to handle an error I noticed at the end on my ticket.

I'd say my first visit was a solid 3.5-- so I'm going with 4 stars. The hubs and I made a reservation and stoped in to catch a late brunch after an early UH game. Thankfully, the brunch crowd was winding down or we would have been in trouble as the service was a bit unorganized. The kind hostess (who sat us and brought us waters almost instantly) and servers were initially unclear on who was taking care of us, but they worked it out after about 10-15 minutes. Great experience, great food. Lovely staff
The food is fantastic!!! Seasoned just right, spicy cajun with steam piping from the colossal shrimp. Service was a bit slower than expected; however, the friendliness of the server was on point and made the wait less of a concern. *Note: Unexpectedly charged a 20% service fee for a party of two🤷🏽♀️ but the ambiance was good, so I charged it to the game 💯

While we was seated rather quickly the service was slowwwww…:we all had an entree that came with grits. For whatever reason we had to wait almost 45 mins for grits to be cooked because they ran out. We never received refills of water & basically had to hunt down our waitress to pay the tab. The food was decent & drinks good but I don’t think I’d go back.
