Kate was my hygienist and she was extremely friendly and professional! She was very knowledgeable too and answered all of my questions, too. Dr. Sara was awesome, as always! She is so gentle and caring and makes you feel at peace with your dental care. I thoroughly enjoy coming to this dentist!

My first visit was a good experience. The staff is kind and good communication is definitely a bonus. The staff is relaxing there's no pressure or rushing. The time needed was taken for my visit and didn't feel like I was just another patient on the check list

I appreciated the follow up to my appointment when I requested a written document of the dentist's recommendations. This was provided promptly in an email. I would suggest it become more stand to provide an after-visit summary of recommendation in a separate document rather than noted in the body of the email. I am used to this with other medical visits and it is very helpful. I also appreciated your responding to my question regarding the priorities in the recommended follow up.

Very good except the amount of time it took. But it took time to do what they did. I really appreciated there giving me time to streg stretch my neck and back periodically.

Dr. Gotwalt’s office is always a pleasure to visit. Everyone is always so nice and friendly not to mention the best dentist in all of PA. I travel an hour to go to her office and I will never stop.
