Certain details like mortgage payment/fee break downs and application/closing process could have been explained in a more timely manner. Different outcomes and fees could’ve been explained prior to arriving at said stages. Otherwise the experience was great! Paperwork submissions were done quickly and any questions we had were answered very quickly.
I initially applied with Grace about a year ago. I did not qualify unfortunately but Grace was there for me throughout the year to give me advice on improving my credit score. Anytime I reached out to her she responded almost immediately. She has been so encouraging and helpful. I work in settlement and work closely with loan officers so I had pretty high expectations and she met and exceeded every single one of my expectations! You did an excellent job. You did your job very well and made the whole experience easy for us, especially when we had concerns about providing what you needed to complete the process.
