Great experience! Grace Jackson and her team turned an otherwise stressful event into a tolerable experience. Yes there is a lot of paperwork as expected but everything is sent through their app. They even have the closing attorney come to your house. How great is that! We would definitely recommend Grace and Top Flite Financial

Grace was Amazing I did not think this would work out. With my credit history, I was always waiting for the "Well, we tried but it wont work" but no! Grace and her awesome team got me approved. My house appraised for $200K more than we owed and was able to cash out some equity for cash to pay for things that if I kept my current mortgage and bought, I would be paying more a month.
