As a 57 year old, moderately active woman, I was starting to feel the effects of arthritis. Not only that, but also a degenerative disc was really cramping my active lifestyle. I started doing cryotherapy once a week six months ago and I feel terrific!! No more achy hips. Staff is lovely. Everyone should do this!!
