I just had the Profound RF treatment recommended by Charis. Although I don't really know the results because it may take a few weeks to start seeing improvements, I wanted to post and share a quick review about Mark, the doctor who performed the Profound. Went for my first time as recommended by a friend!! And Charis was beyond amazing and did exactly what I wanted! She listened and understood my concerns and was warm and helpful in understanding how a woman’s face ages! And the front desk lady (can’t remember her name) what a sweet heart! So kind and friendly! I came from the Bronx , so about an hour and 15 min ride and I can confidently say I will do it again and again and insist my friends go also (when it’s their time) !!! 5++++++++ stars!
Wow! What an aesthetically gorgeous location plus A+ staff. Charis exuded warmth and knowledge. I enjoyed talked to her and am excited to continue working with her in the future. I also want to say Kim is a rockstar. She is incredibly sweet and calming. From the moment I came in to the moment I left, she exemplified what 5 star service is with her kindness and positive, fun energy. I can see why Grace Medical is so popular. The whole experience was top notch without causing a dent in my wallet. Thank you ladies!
