Verified Renter Love the area and the maintenance requests goes very fast. Would stay here longer. We have everything around us walking distance. We also enjoy the resident lounge.
Love it! I've been in my apartment for five years and love it!
Probably the best apartments we have ever stayed in. My wife and I have lived in quite a bit of apartments, and Grace Park is definitely top notch. The office staff is amazing, always willing to help, and I'm pretty sure they know every tenant by name. Not only that, but the community is awesome, with a membership to Anytime Fitness included in the rent, and discounts to all the restaurants. Verified Renter Would love to live here at the heart of the city for multiple benefits but practically it’s not possible that the community does not have kids play area or the swimming pool which is highly needed for summers..also, there is less effort from the management to arrange seasonal meetup for the neighbors and management officials..Quality service should be done for the in-built appliances regularly..

Needs alot of improvements I read the review about the roaches and it is completely accurate, I live on the top floor and have been fighting them since May. I have contacted the newest manager and had to fight with her for over two weeks before they finally sent someone out to spray back in the spring and then never did see them come spray again until about two days ago, the excuse given was that the workers said they were told not to come into my apartment and spray. Roaches Since moving in 4 months ago, I've actively killed or found over 2 dozen cockroaches inside my apartment on the top floor. There are stomped cockroaches all along our indoor stairwell. There are cockroaches outside in our mulch. I've communicated with Grace Park management regarding extermination multiple times, and yet things seem to be getting worse.
