Outstanding service. Mark thouroughly explained the process for moss removal and how the product works. He tested the house paint to insure that the product would not leave a residue. I appreciate his attention to detail, and great customer serviice.

Mark was very prompt in looking at the job and providing a quote. He had reviewed the job site and scope of work and did a great job in executing the clean up. The job was walkways, stairs and dumpster pads in my apartment complex. It looked much cleaner after completion and was a pretty big job with lots of cleaning needed.
Mark power-washed the parking garage of my Spokane condo building on March 23, and he did a great job. He's extremely conscientious and considerate, and he's knowledgeable about his cleaning products. If you hire Mark, you can rest assured he will do an excellent job for you.

Mark did a great job washing my vinyl siding and windows. The windows were particularly nasty - I hadn't cleaned them since they were installed 5 years ago or so (whoops), but now they are crystal clear once again. I'll definitely be inviting Grace Pressure Washing back in the future... a future closer to 6 months to 1 year instead of 5 years this time!
