I have lived here since 2021 and the primary issue is with the leasing staff. Today when calling to figure out why the call box wasn't working once again I overheard the leasing agent Mabel speaking with the manager Tamera and saying inappropriate remarks about me and laughing. She thought that she had it on mute, but I heard and recorded everything they said. How unprofessional can you be? My family hates living here. Upon moving in we had a broken dishwasher that took over a month to fix a broken window in our living room which still isn’t fixed and have reported a multitude of other maintenance issues and have been told no one works in maintenance so they hired a temp agency so it has to be approved to be fixed. I have been staying at the property since 2020 and I love it here. I recently went down to the leasing office to get some questions answered from the leasing consultant Christa. She was very engaged, professional and pleasant. Not to mention, she wanted to help and I can tell she takes her job seriously and care about the residents here at Gramercy. Thanks, Christa.
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Management literally changes the rules as they go. They are not helpful. It’s not guest friendly. Your guest get booted at any given moment and it’s $75 to take off ! The Visitors elevator is just embarrassing and broke down. So if you have any friends or family just forget about them visiting. Along with yourself paying monthly parking fee. My friend and I have been living at the Gramercy apartments since December of 2022, and ever since I have been throughly satisfied with maintenance’s response time, friendliness of the leasing office staff and much more. All of the equipment is updated and technologically advanced which makes it much easier for day to day functions. I have felt very welcomed since the beginning and feel confident about addressing any concerns if they were to ever arise. Love it here.
