My experience touring and moving in has been amazing. The leasing office staff is very helpful and for the residents. Nick made my transition here effortlessly. Nick assisted me with an accommodation I needed prior to moving in my apartment. I plan on renting here until I buy a home.

Moved here in October 2023. Nick and staff have been nothing but amazing. Very friendly. Maintenance requests are done within 24 hrs. No complaints here. Good area. Movies, restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. It’s almost like a mini downtown. Can’t wait until the summer time.

Gramercy square at Ayrsley has the most reliable leasing team I’ve ever worked with. This was the first community we looked at when moving to Charlotte, and our decision to move forward with a rental at this property was largely influenced by our guided tour with Nick. He was very honest and charismatic throughout our moving process, and we couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. Whole leasing team in Ayrsley is amazing! Right from move in to move out, every process is so smooth. I loved staying in here. I bought a house, so had to leave this place. Otherwise, no complaint at all.
