RecommendedMy apartment is lovely, and office staff is very friendly and efficient. My check in for my keys went quickly.
Have lived here about ten months and very pleased. A little expensive but maintenance is excellent and sidewalks and parking lots are taken care of in inclement weather. As a senior citizen I feel very safe living here.
It’s a wonderful place. The property is very well kept —the setting between the apartments and nature is very aesthetic. Someone responds immediately when a problem within the apartments arises and they deal with the problem immediately. Everyone here is very helpful and goes out of their way to meet your needs.
Staff and maintenance are top notch. Always friendly and efficient in every way.
I have lived in the Grampian Hills Apartments for 5 1/2 years. The apartments are large with lots of storage space. I love the location. The office and maintenance staff are topnotch. But the apartments have lots of problems. They have been around since the 1970s. The appliances, flooring and paint is freshly done for each new resident. Unfortunately, the walls do not seem to have had the kind of regular maintenance that should be done on apartments this old. Mine are buckling and cracking all over the place. Very friendly staff. Happy to be part of this big family. Everyone who lives hear are very friendly also. The view is to die for. Very clean the staff makes you feel welcomed. Good job staff
