Found our home in Columbus! Excellent location. Close to the middle school, Polaris Mall and many other places we frequently visit. The staff has been extremely professional and courteous throughout! Great amenities and neighborhood!
Gage was phenomenal Gage was phenomenal! I arrived without an appointment, but me made me feel welcome and took his time to ask about our wants and needs in a new place. He described the property and gave me a tour of a model, as well as all of the great amenities. He was knowledgeable and personable. Customer service at its finest!

A great place I moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great!!! The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I came here after a really bad situation at a different apartment complex in the area and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The community here has been great and maintenance has been really quick to address even the smallest of issues. Outstanding job! I have lived in this apartment complex for the last 5 years and must say there is simply no comparison to other complexes I've lived in previously. Love it This is my second time renting with Champion communities and this time is just as good as the first! Lindsey & Marina are so helpful in the office and two of the sweetest girls, always smiling! Any issue (which has all been small) has been resolved in a timely manner. I love grand at Polaris! Pretty good community Moved in early summer and was looking for a nice community. Luckily we found the grand at Polaris matching to our needs with lots of nice amenities and well maintained units. Staff here are so responsive and I love to walk around, lounge in the leasing office when I get bored at my unit occasionally. Overall a 5 star rated apartments. Has in house garages which will be so handy during winter especially if you have kids and are expecting one this winter.
