Exceptional The location that it was near the park.
Pleasant The female reception staff isn't friendly, it's tough to get anything from them when requested or them answers the phones when calling them. The bathroom sinks smelled like sewage. The beds were comfy except on one side. Had the springs coming through. 10 minute exhausting walk from the hotel to Disney. No ideal before and after a long day at the park. No shuttle services are available Price was okay for the 3 nights

#1 Location. #2 Staff were excellent. From the valet, cleaning staff and staff at check in. Disappointed that the Fifth restaurant wasn’t available due on event. Disappointed that we weren’t able to get a room in the tower. Disappointed that their wasn’t some kind of continental breakfast Location Location Location
Great location, perfect walking distance if visiting Disney. Beds comfortable. No offering of breakfast, disappointing when travelling with children, for the price would except breakfast. Plug sockets not so good, one didn’t work and got a shock off hairdryer - maybe needs updating. Water could be included also in the room. It was convenient as so close to Disneyland which was the purpose of our visit. Parking good and available right outside our room.
