it was excellent. n/a close to the park.
Good No safe. And the booking page clearly states safety deposit box. So one assumes that there is a safe in the room however all they have is a box at the front desk. So anything you want locked has to be taken to the desk every day and then picked up. Also, the desk staff was quite rude about it as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. And the pool is nice.
Superb location and facilities Evening receptionist not very knowledgeable/ helpful- otherwise nothing! superb location - short walk to the parks. Lovely pool with hot tub for rest day. Comfortable room with bath & shower ( accessible rooms with shower - pool also accessible & lifts) fridge, microwave and coffee/tea machine ( no kettle). Laundry with washers and dryers open until 10.
unable to get free parking even tho pass holders because didn’t book directly with hotel super disappointed parking location

I don’t think I’d stay here again The vanity and sink are in the full bathroom which makes it a little hard to get ready while the other showers. The first room we stayed in was right next to the elevator, stairs, and ice machine. It was a bit noisy for a while. We asked for extended parking but since they were almost sold out they said no. they said they were almost sold out all week but yet there were plenty of parking spots available every day we were there. I guess I’d stay there IF I had to. it was the last hotel closest to the park. The drcor seemed outdated. The sink drain and tub drain were slow. There was hair on the new hand towels provided. I put those in the dirty pile right away. The bottom drawer to the dresser would not open. There were no extra blankets in the room, but were provided blankets when requested. Pleasant the rest room had no counter space the bath/shower combo was very tight the hot water was scorching there were a lot of random body hairs in the restroom. the room itself was packed tight the location is great of course the pool area was really nice, water was a good temp. the beds were comfortable
