立地良し！鍵がロックされず… 鍵がロックされず修理を依頼したが、2日目にはまた壊れていました。 フロントに伝え、カードキーを交換したが駄目、かけ方が悪いのではないかと言われました。 清掃の方に助けを求めたところ、直接鍵が壊れていることを確認してくれ、修理の方を呼んでくれました。フロントでは誰か派遣してくれるなどの対応はありませんでした…。 2日目には再度壊れましたが、部屋を交換するなどの対応も一応してくれそうだったので、不具合があれば何度も強く訴えたほうが良いと思います。 ディズニーからとても近く、部屋も比較的広かったです。 英語が全く話せないので、google翻訳の画面を見せて意思疎通を図りましたが、スタップの方も対応してくれ、大変丁寧でした。

Pleasant The beds/mattresses were pretty uncomfortable/hard for being premier level. We were at the extreme back end of the complex on the third floor. The ground floor in the location request at reservation would have been much better since we had scooters. Fridge kept freezing the drink bottles. On the way out, people on the ground floor were parked in the handicap loading zone so that we had to go around to the other elevator to get to a slope for scooter and cart. overall it is a good stay. my room is above the laundry room. it is quite noisy location. very close to Disney land. We walk to park everyday.
