A little difficult and off putting but Disneyland made it fun. we had to wait over an hour after our check in time to get our room and the staff wasn’t polite about it. the carpet was still wet in the room when we finally got our room it was right across the street from Disneyland

Good place. AC was really loud. You could either be loud and freeze or quiet and roast. It left much to be desired. Great location. Comfy beds.
Good took a while for our room to be ready, three hours after the scheduled check in time, but it was the end of a holiday weekend so that could have been why. very close to Disneyland, pool was nice for families, could see Disneyland fireworks from hotel
Clean, comfortable, close, friendly. need more power outlets in the room, more shelf space, towel racks in the sink/vanity area Easy walking distance to Disneyland park. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Great value.
Great Location, worth it just to get back to your room quickly with tired kids. There wasn't anything wrong with the hotel. But they were late getting rooms ready so it was well past check in before we had a room, which is just tough after a full day traveling with small kids. Multiple times we needed to call the front desk for something to be fixed (bathtub plug didn't actually seal so I couldn't bathe my small kids in a family friendly hotel) and they either didn't show up, or knocked hours after the call when the kids wer... read more
