Pleasant room was not ready @ 3pm as stated for check in. was unable to check in until 4:50pm. or down grade my room as an option (no). also the dead bolt did not lock on my room and no staff available to fix it at night. ~ maybe add that as something to check as part of the room checklist for safety. the location
