Most things about this property we Love as a family. However, one elevator was out of order. This was the one closest to Noise from carts. Broken elevator. Staff and proximity to property.

Boing! employee bounces scooter handle off guest’s truck There shouldn’t be a parking spot in front of the housekeeping’s laundry/utility room. Many of the employees gathered between the room and the cars parked. The parking is tight. I was unpacking when this employee on a scooter went between, instead of around the vehicles and lost his balances and bounced the scooter handle off a truck. It could’ve been my car. Good Right across the street from Disneyland! Easy walk. Price was a little high but I guess you pay for for convenience.
