Simple, easy. Will be our go-to when visiting Disneyland The hot water shower was sparse. The remote batteries were leaking in the remote so we asked for a replacement hitch came quick. The location is great for because it is on the same block as the park entrances. Room was big for 4 people with an extra table for items. There was a microwave and fridge in the room.

Very Good We did not like the mattresses, thought they were very uncomfortable. I thought the staff could have been more amicable when asked questions. I understand we are in the midst of COVID, and certain things cannot be done, but I thought water bottles should of still been provided for the rooms and pre-packaged breakfast items for the morning to offer guests. The location was great short walking distance to the park and to the garden walk. The pool was also very nice- my son loved the splash pad. Very clean.
