Comfortable, Clean & Quiet Bathrooms could use a slight upgrade Comfortable beds, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere & helpful & friendly staff
Exceptional
Pleasant Room smelled dirty, bathroom drains and water smelled like a dirty sewer. Remote control didn’t work, needed new batteries and the air conditioner only worked with the remote Very convenient to Disneyland
Highly recommended for Disneyland visit! Location is excellent for Disneyland. Pool is fun. Parking is challenging coming back from dinner at night.
Great (!) location -- very comfortable bed, upgraded version of a cheaper hotel/motel Old fashioned air conditioner could have worked a bit better. Walkways had a surface that made noise when someone walked by pulling a rolling suitcase. Obviously in a great location. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Charles. Décor was very nice, tv worked well, bathroom was fine. Toiletries fine.

Location, location, location There were some other guests outside near our room smoking cigarettes and marijuana. We requested a roll away bed that was very uncomfortable with a big dip in the center of the mattress. We spent 2 days in the Disneyland parks and we were so thankful this hotel is right across the street. The staff was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
