Overall. A good experience. Everything about our stay was awesome except how stuffy the room was. Felt very humid. Idk if it was the placing of the AC at the far corner of the room. Weird placement. The proximity to the parks entrance was such a good thing especially when you're coming back all tired and looking to rest. It was nice to be able to come back to the room and enjoy the pool and relax then go back to the parks.
Exceptional The staff was rude. Not friendly at all. The location was amazing. My daughter had an amazing time in the pool and the hot tub was great at night seeing the fireworks.

Great place to stay! I do wish the hotel would invest in good mattresses. Our beds were extremely hard and sleeping on them was torture for my back. If I wasn't so tired from walking around Disneyland all day, there was no way I would be able to sleep. The proximity to the parks was fantastic! Literally across the street! Staff was friendly and helpful!
We enjoyed our stay at The Grand Legacy! This will be our new go to hotel for future Disney trips. Our room had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. Once we turned the AC on, it got little better. The location was amazing and parking wasn't a problem. Our room was very clean and big enough for the 5 of us.
