Very Good I know that they are not allowed in the rooms but extra towels/ trash bags would of been nice. We were a party of 6 and had a lot of stuff. They were nice. The room was clean when we arrived. They allowed us to leave items from food delivery services at the front while at the parks. Good communication and fast
Clean and friendly. It seemed like they were short staffed. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned even though we were checking in at 5pm. Big and clean room.
Perfect Disney Vacation Hotel We had no negative feedback about this property This property was absolutely great to stay at! It was a short walk to Disney, the rooms were clean, it had a very cool rooftop bar and the pool/hot tub were open late so we could take advantage of these amenities after our day in the theme parks. Parking was also very easy.
Don’t judge by the outside Nothing The hotel looks ok from the outside but the rooms were so nice and clean. Have stayed 2 times this month. Different rooms and both times have been impressed by the inside. The pool is fun and the location is great!
Very Good We lost hot water during night and had cold showers in morning before Disneyland. They had it fixed that day when we returned to hotel in the evening. No breakfast currently
