Happy customer No complaints at all. We plan to come again next year and will stay at this hotel again, in the older part, of course. This is our preferred hotel whenever we visit Disneyland. We’ve stayed here about 7 times. Clean, beds are comfortable, great location( literally a 5 minute walk to the entrance.) This would be great for families with little kids. Overall a nice stay considering covid protocals in affect. A total separate bathroom was not part of the room. Dislike having the sinks and vanity part of the sleeping area. Great location to Disneyland
Not bad June 9 around 8:30AM at lobby two ladies from the front desk ignored us didn't even said good morning. While one of them was on the phone and the other just standing there didn't even bother to ask if we needed any help. I really like the front desk guy that was there during my check in he was exceptional. Really like his attitude nice guy. Room was comfy and cleaned. High 5 to all the Room Attendants.
