Good Deal Lived here for 9 months and had good neighbors, minor hiccups with maintenance fixing things and then having them break again (door hinge issue). everything else they fixed stayed fixed (water leak in basement). I have loved living here and would recommend anyone to stay in these townhomes
This apartment community is Great! The managers were really nice, and very helpful. But they did not respond in a timely manner for our approval.
The office staff was really bad with us when we sign the application they said the deposit is 200$ refundable and 262$ non refundable for townhous and when i back to sign the contract they said the 200$ refundable and 262$ non refundable for each person live in townhous so they need more than 920$ just a deposit
Noise People have moved into this apartment complex that are allowed to be as loud as they want for as late as they want. Loud TV, loud music, loud talking. This place may as well be an arena. Ghetto Trash!!! Move here if you want to be surrounded with the trash leaking out of Flint. Nothing but punks and b@stards for tenants, uncaring staff, barely working heat in the winter and AC that blows out at least once a month in the summer. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED IN!!!
