***Kudos*** I've lived here now for alittle over 8 yrs. The women in the office are wonderful , maintenance are friendly. Moving here was the best decision I made.
Recent Tenant Best apartment I have ever lived in. The only reason why I am moving is because I recently purchased my first home, but I will miss being close to various amenities like (Walmart, Sams Club, Physician Park, Bicentennial Park, YaYa's, Firehouse, I75, US23 and the amazing schools that get excellent ratings. All in all my apt was spacious, beautiful and provided a washer/dryer and dishwasher which is kind of rare without having to rent a townhome. townhouse We have lived in here for a year now we was going to move but things happen where we had to stay iyts a nice place small but nice our basement leaks anytime it rains out i have two small dogs the bad thing is too small of a space for them no yard noise you can hear alot of noise in the townhouses but other then that its nice but if you want open space dont move here.but if that isnt a must then its nice ..
I like what I've seen and heard thus far. Are these apts on the MTA bus line? I currently don't have transportation but I'm considering moving here.
Good Deal Lived here for 9 months and had good neighbors, minor hiccups with maintenance fixing things and then having them break again (door hinge issue). everything else they fixed stayed fixed (water leak in basement). I have loved living here and would recommend anyone to stay in these townhomes
This apartment community is Great! The managers were really nice, and very helpful. But they did not respond in a timely manner for our approval.
