Friendly atmosphere, good job from very begging. Sales person made process feel easy and effective. I’m glad I kept checking places to get vehicle we need and we found Grand Prairie Ford. We decided late Monday night to go to Grand Prairie Ford to just look at the new F-250. We met with Jackie Mercer and told him a few specifics we were looking for and he said give me a minute and I'll pull one up for you to look at. He pulled up the perfect truck! We then had a no hassle, laid back review of the pricing, no low balling on our trade and no hidden fees.
