I was contacted on Friday afternoon by office staff to schedule a same day cleaning. I let them know I couldn’t make it that day they offered an appointment today, but I made it clear I had a previous appointment this morning and was worried they would overlap. I was assured they understood and still wanted to fit me in. I was disappointed with Grandridge Dental :( I came in about 2 years ago for an implant. I paid about $2,300 cash for this procedure (out of pocket, no payments). I never received my bleaching kit or tooth brush, they didn't even do a cleaning! I paid for this, and they said I would need to come up with an additional $300 for that. To top that off my tooth fell out, the implant. I don't know too many people that can come up with that kind of cash for dental work..
