The service was good but a little impersonal. The Dr and the hygienist wore masks, but the people at the front desk did not. The waiting time was good and the office looked clean.

I had a 5 minute wait in the waiting room , hygienist cleaned my teeth . She was very nice and gentle as possible felt like I had a thorough dental checkup

Today I went to Dr Tarantino office for my cleaning. I had my cleaning done and it went well. I told the hygienist that I was having issues with my front crown. She informed the dentist. Dr Tarantino found away to fit me in is schedule to repair my crown. I’m a coward when it comes to dentist but Dr Tarantino is the most gentle and painless dentist I ever seen. When one talks about a dentist being caring, responsible and Knowledgeable…without any doubt one is referring to Dr. Ralph Tarantino in Staten Island N.Y. I had an emergency and as soon as l got to his office the Doctor evaluated my situation and within forty minutes he had fixed all what was wrong. My experience is always pleasant. The office is run so efficiently and the girls at the desk are always so accommodating and professional. Dr. Tarantino is the best. His professionalism is outstanding and also his patient bedside manners . I feel comfortable with my dental treatments .
