The office staff was pleasant and helpful from the phone call to make my appointment through check out after my appointment. Upon arrival, immediately following check-in at the front desk, I did not even have a chance to sit down before being led back to an exam room. No waiting for the doctor either, who was quick to arrive right after preliminaries were completed. My doctor for years, Dr. Yanez, recently retired. Outstanding care starting with office staff. Dr. Ludwig is my favorite doctor, the level of medical care she provides is superior to any GYN I have had I my 50 some years. Her knowledge, compassion and manner of treatment towards patients is amazing. Professional all the way!!!!
Very pleasant greeting from receptionist, did not have to wait to see Doctor. Every thing went well, I was treated with kindness and respect. Would highly recommend to anyone.
