The staff takes great care and concern for the small lives that have been entrusted to us. I know when I take my puppers there for care or whether it's to purchase her supplements and medications, i know she's getting the best care possible.
My husband and I were visiting the area from Texas for Christmas this year when my 14.5 year old dog started having unexpected seizures and other health problems . We knew her full, happy life she gave us was nearing it's end. She unfortunately passed at the clinic. The staff was so amazing, sympathetic, and helpful during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕 🐶
Everybody there was great and very friendly. The only thing was they dont do payments which is bs.. I'm not a rich person or anything and my dog needs surgery before he dies. I'm able to make payments and would because my dogs are my kids but nobody wants to help...
All other vets in the area were either closing, had closed, or couldn't take walk ins. Our brand new puppy was showing what we worried were signs of bloat, and we were a few days away from our vet in Connecticut. We were in a panic, thought we might lose this new baby, but the Grant Avenue Pet Hospital not only stayed open for us to have him checked on, they also let us come inside with him (another thing rare to find these days!). Our normal vet was not able to get our dog in after he had a seizure. Grant was able to set up a urgent care visit. The staff was very friendly and made use feel at ease. The Vet explained everything clearly and went through options. We will be returning and using Grant as our regular veterinarian.
