I have never been so disappointed in the way I was treated after being a loyal customer for years. I have three small dogs that have to be groomed. I drive from Webster for their grooming appointments. I waited a month to get in, made all of our camping plans and Grantsburg Water Cross around these appts. They called me the day before and said the business sold yesterday and they have to cancel because the groomer in not staying. They can't get me back in for a month.
