Our experience could not have been better, We started with Emily and Sophie, they were so patient with us, this was our first new home. We were downsizing from the country to here, we were leaving a one acre backyard to 20' hard to imagine. But they were great. Very good customer service experience. Jan was also very great at answering my questions in a timely fashion.
Buying a home from Granville was a very easy and stress free process. The quality of the home they produced for me I feel there isn't a better builder in this area that could compare. The attention to detail they put into their homes stand out above the rest.
Excellent team with Jan and others
attended the class. looked at houses near Clinton. a week or so later looked at the houses near Copper. the driveways were real short. a week later found the house we wanted in west Fresno. bought it. staff were helpful.
Granville made the purchase of our home simple and easy. Everyone was and continues to be very helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated when I would receive pictures and updates while our house was being built. We are extremely satisfied with the friendly customer service and well built home!
