I have debated on whether to post this since it was some time ago, but I feel it necessary for women in similar situations --- I saw Dr. L Russell some time ago and had my very first pap-smear with her. Not only did I never hear anything back regarding results (after being told I'd receive a callback once my results were back), whether there was nothing wrong or not, I expressed concerns of a very irregular period and worse than normal period symptoms. I had an 8am "sick" appointment this morning for my daughter and was out by 8:27am. Top notch care and friendly staff! I appreciate their team valuing their patient's time. Every experience I've had at Granville Primary Care & OB/GYN has been exceptional, and we are very blessed to have them in our community!
I have gone back and forth about writing this review for a while. Not only do I feel Dr. Gimplvich is combative, condescending and quite frankly unprofessional, but their billing department has owed me over 200 dollars for two years. I refused testing for down syndrome and Gimplvich said to my face that if my baby dies, or if something happens because I refused to test for down syndrome than it was on me. The team to see..Samantha and Kelly..awesome! They listen, are proactive in their care and approach to your medical needs and follow up with calls and conversations....rare!! From the front desk back..I'm always treated well when I walk through the door. Kelly has a great demeanor, friendly, always in a pleasant mood and takes some time to connect with you. Samantha is prepared, knowledgeable and ALWAYS listens to what you are sharing wirh her. These ladies rock!!
PA- Kakesha Richardson is amazing, and so is her staff. If you need a new primary care doctor, reach out to them, and they will gladly assist.
