Grapevine Ford has always been very respectful and honest on repairs. I have twice taken my car to a different dealership and nothing was done then take it to Grapevine with the same exact problem and they fix it. This is a great dealership.

The service advisor did a great job!
It took too long due to what I believe was carelessness. They forgot to order gaskets for a repair they were doing, which caused them to take a day longer than it should have taken. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they realized they had forgotten to do the recall on my vehicle. So I had to sit at the dealership another hour while they took care of the recall.
