Greeted/welcomed as soon as I drove in. Kept informed/updated throughout visit. Even with transfer from one service area to another and back again, service was completed more quickly than estimated. Waiting area clean and well stocked with hot & cold beverages and individually packaged snacks.
I asked that my front license plate be installed and was told the holder was missing from my car and was informed there was not an extra one available in the inventory. The manager notified my sales person and said she would have to order it. Have not heard anything back.
