I had a great experience. This is my first Ford truck and first time using Grapevine Ford's service department. There was a recall for a software update for the brakes. I called and spoke to Jimmy Whalen and he got me scheduled for the update. Dropped the truck off in the morning and they provided me with an Uber ride home. He called me when my truck was ready and sent Uber to pick me up. 5 stars
The dealership was very upfront about the recall on the automobile. We were able to drive one and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of the features. I’ve never had such an outstanding overview of a car. It made the experience of car shopping a lot more pleasant.

What a fantastic experience and I’m actually bummed that the vehicle we liked didn’t work out for us. They work very well on a good day, I feel like they need more employees. Their quick line can move very very slow even with an appointment, but nevertheless, their employees can be very kind.
