Liked: Door-to-door delivery & pickup; Service writers Brendan and Sam Blue Did-Not: Multiple visits to correct same problem; 'Goo' on outside of windshield when I picked up my car (didn't clean windshield? no car-wash?); Discovered then that windshield-washers were broken (that worked fine before bringing my car in) (had just purchased gallons of seasonal washer fluid for winter). Suspect multi-function stalk washer switch damaged during steering-wheel Cruise function switch replacement.
